config(gateApi): 更新Gate API配置参数

- 替换API密钥和密钥为新的凭证
- 将网格费率从0.0035调整为0.0025
- 将预期利润从2.5调整为0.3
- 将基础数量从9调整为2
- 将数量从3调整为2
- 将最大仓位大小从2增加到4
