feat(gateApi): 添加止盈触发对向加仓功能

- 在 GateConfig 中新增止盈触发对向加仓开关和挂单数量配置项
- 在 GateConfigDTO 中添加对应的 DTO 字段和构建逻辑
- 在 GateConfigPersistenceService 中完善配置持久化处理
- 在 GateGridTradeService 中实现止盈触发对向加仓核心逻辑
- 添加止盈触发对向加仓的状态管理和订单映射机制
- 实现对向加仓开仓单的挂单、成交和止损逻辑处理
- 添加止盈依次移动时取消旧对向开仓单的功能
