fix(grid): 修复止损订单张数统计和追单时序竞态问题

- 修改 GridElement 类添加止损订单ID到张数的映射关系存储
- 更新 addLongStopLossOrderId 和 addShortStopLossOrderId 方法支持张数参数
- 添加 getLongStopLossTotalSize 和 getShortStopLossTotalSize 方法计算总张数
- 修正止损触发时追单量计算，使用实际止损总张数避免时序竞态问题
- 更新文档注释说明止损张数参数的用途和含义
