fix(gateApi): 调整网格交易参数配置

- 将网格利率从0.004调整为0.0025
- 将预期利润从25调整为5
- 将基础数量和数量从15调整为33
- 将最大仓位大小从2调整为6
- 保持重启网格跨度为4不变
