feat(ai): 更新AI产品表单字段类型和标签

- 将产品添加页面的场景和目标字段从输入框改为文本域
- 将产品详情页面的场景和目标字段从输入框改为文本域
- 将产品问题详情页面的题目字段从输入框改为文本域
- 将产品角色页面的字段标签从提示词改为规则
- 在产品角色页面添加辅助说明文字
- 调整产品角色页面字段顺序和类型映射关系
