refactor(votesActivity): 修改门票剩余字段并优化订单列表接口调用

- 将 discountUpdate.html 中的 expectCnt 字段改为 surplusCnt，更准确地表示门票剩余数量
- 修改 orderList.html 中的 JSON 数据格式，确保正确传递参数
