refactor(mall): 优化衣服分类信息接口返回

- 移除了全部分类的 type 字段- 为 buildApiClothesCategoryInfoVo 方法增加 type 参数，统一设置分类类型
- 调整了男女分类的 type值，全部分类设为 2，男女分类设为 1
