feat(station): 添加手动控制面板功能

feat(station): 添加手动控制面板功能

- 在前端界面添加手动控制按钮组，支持止盈止损和平仓操作
- 新增6个手动控制接口：取消多仓/空仓止盈止损、生成多仓/空仓止盈止损、多单/空单平仓
- 修改确认弹窗逻辑以支持多种操作类型并显示相应标签
- 更新前端样式添加手动控制面板布局和按钮样式
- 实现后端服务方法将手动控制指令通过MQ发送到目标实例
