feat(gate): 添加加仓止损配置功能

- 在前端界面添加加仓止损相关配置项包括止损统计方式、加仓间隔、加仓数量和单边最大仓位量
- 在 GateConfig 类中新增 stopLossCountMode、addPositionInterval、addPositionQuantity 和 maxPositionPerSide 字段
- 实现动态仓位计算逻辑根据止损次数和加仓配置调整实际下单量
- 移除旧的止损触发规则表和相关处理方法
- 更新配置持久化服务支持新的加仓止损参数
