feat(websocket): 重构OKX价格WebSocket客户端实现

- 将原有的OkxNewPriceWebSocketClient类完全注释掉
- 新增OkxNewPriceWebSocketClientV2类提供增强的WebSocket连接功能
- 添加连接状态管理,使用AtomicBoolean控制连接状态
- 实现更安全的初始化机制,防止重复初始化和连接
- 优化资源管理,在销毁时优雅关闭线程池和WebSocket连接
- 改进错误处理和重连机制,增强系统稳定性
- 添加更详细的日志记录和连接状态监控功能
