refactor(mapper): 优化 HappyActivityOptionMapper.xml 中的 SQL 查询

- 在 join_cnt 子查询中使用别名 z 来引用 happy_follow 表
- 在 hotState 排序子查询中使用别名 y 来引用 happy_follow 表
- 这些更改提高了 SQL 查询的可读性和性能
