fix(ai): 移除重复的产品状态过滤条件

- 从AiMemberAnswerMapper.xml查询中移除冗余的a.state = 1条件
- 保留b.state = 1条件以确保查询逻辑正确性
- 优化数据库查询性能，避免不必要的状态检查
